Day 1 begins with an early departure from Ho Chi Minh City at 7:00 AM to avoid traffic, heading towards Cu Chi, approximately 70 kilometers away. Upon arrival, delve into the Cu Chi Tunnels, a pivotal complex from the Vietnam War, exploring tunnels, traps, and facilities used by Viet Cong soldiers. Afterward, savor a local lunch at nearby restaurants. In the afternoon, visit neighboring villages to experience rural Vietnamese life, engage with locals, and observe traditional crafts. Overnight accommodations in Cu Chi provide a chance to further absorb the area's historical and cultural richness before continuing your journey.
Start your second day with breakfast in Cu Chi before departing in the late morning for the Mekong Delta.
