Thank you for choosing Frontier Travel Vietnam. Our team will confirm your tour details and send you payment instructions before you make a payment.

Deposit

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Our team will send you a secure OnePay payment link showing your booking details and the amount due.

Remaining Balance

The remaining 70% is typically due 2–4 weeks before your tour begins. The exact deadline will be confirmed for your booking and may vary depending on accommodation requirements and peak travel periods. Our team will remind you before your payment is due.

Cancellations and Refunds

Please review our Terms & Conditions for the cancellation and refund policy before paying your deposit. If anything is unclear, our team will be happy to explain the terms that apply to your booking.

Once we have received and verified your payment, we will send you a confirmation. Please keep your payment receipt for reference.
